Damon returned home to Saint Augustine to begin his career in real estate. He comes from a long line of local real estate professionals and investors in the local market. He started buying and selling foreclosures before getting his real estate license and has flipped over 30 properties to date. Today, he and his business partner, Bobby Appleby manage STA Realty and are excited about the opportunities to grow a real estate family and provide a home for agents to be successful.
He knows the ins and outs of construction and still manages to put the tool belt on from time to time. You will often find him helping friends with their construction projects and remodels. He is currently in the process of remodeling a 16 unit Motel in Vilano Beach that will provide a staple in his favorite community. Damon really is a local selling the lifestyle. Outside of the real estate game, Damon enjoys spending time on the golf course, surfing, or fishing and always makes to keep a close eye on Gator sports and the Jags (for better or worse).
